Schusterman Library’s Mini-Golf Open and Silent Auction
You're invited to celebrate with us! We're celebrating 10 years in our library building with two special events!
Friday, August 26th at 6 pm - 9 pm
Open to all
Everyone is invited to join us for an exclusive after-hours event of mini-golf in the library and a silent auction. Tickets and auction proceeds will help us continue to serve the students, staff, and faculty of OU-Tulsa.
Catering will be by Elote of Tulsa.

All OU-Tulsa students/residents and their family members are invited to join us for FREE mini-golf in the library and a silent auction. Auction proceeds will help us continue to serve the students, staff, and faculty of OU-Tulsa.
Snacks will be served.
RSVPs are not required, but are recommended and appreciated.

Mini-Golf Fairway Decorating Contest
Open to all OU-Tulsa departments and campus organizations
The OU-Tulsa Schusterman Library is pleased to announce the first mini-golf event. In support of this event, campus organizations and departments are invited to participate in our Fairway Decorating Contest! This includes student organizations, staff organizations, and university departments.
It's stiff competition so be creative! Build challenging obstacles or create fun signage to showcase your organization or department, and promote your research and projects or other cool achievements. Students will vote for their favorite fairway decorations and the winners will get not only the coveted trophy, but eternal glory and bragging rights as the first winner of the Best Fairway title!

CONTEST RULES:
- Application deadline is Friday, August 5th by 5:00 pm.
- All plans must be approved by the library and all materials provided by your organization or department.
- Only one fairway decoration entry may be approved per organization/department.
- Fairways will be available for decoration on Friday, August 26th from 3-5 pm. Materials may also be dropped off at the library beginning Wednesday, August 24th and library staff can set up your decorations during the course set up Friday.
- Set up must be complete by 5 pm on August 26th.
Volunteer
We need your help on Friday and Saturday! Volunteers are needed to help with course set up Friday between 2 pm - 6 pm, and to staff the event between 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm. Friday night volunteers are invited to enjoy the taco bar from Elote. Saturday volunteers are needed between 9:30 am - 4:30 pm, and lunch and snacks will be will be provided.
